ORDERING & CONFIRMATION
Submit your catering request using the form above at any time. All requests are subject to availability. Submitting the form does not reserve your date or confirm your order. LUNCH will confirm availability and send you an estimate for your approval. If the estimate accurately reflects your order request, you will receive an invoice for payment. Orders are confirmed once payment is made and approved.
ADVANCE NOTICE
Please allow at least 24 hours for orders of up to 1 sandwich box and 3+ days for orders of 2+ boxes. For shorter-notice requests, call 504-982-9477 to check availability.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Earliest pickup 11:30am or delivery is 11:45 a.m. Your requested date and time are subject to confirmation. Delivery is $10 within five miles of the shop and $30 beyond five miles, subject to delivery availability. Please provide your complete address and any access instructions when ordering.
FEES & TAX
A 15% service fee applies to catering orders and covers specialty packaging. Menu prices exclude the service fee, delivery, applicable tax and gratuity. Your final total will be provided before payment.
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Plans change. we get it. For confirmed, paid orders, cancellations received at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 24 and 72 hours beforehand receive a 50% refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice, orders are non-refundable. To cancel or request a change, email letthemeatlunch@gmail.com. Notice is measured from when we receive your email to your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Changes to quantities, selections or timing are subject to availability and must be approved by LUNCH. Reductions in order size follow the same refund schedule for the items removed.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please include any allergies or dietary requirements in your request so we can discuss available options before confirming your order. We cannot guarantee a nut free production or assembly environment so please keep that in mind when ordering.
